Situated in the up and coming new eco-friendly neighbourhood of the West Don lands, River City is ideally located to allow residents to take advantage of all that urban living has to offer while still enjoying the feel of living in a green neighbourhood. Just south of Toronto’s historic and happening neighbourhood of Corktown, east of the Distillery District, north of the redeveloped Waterfront and across the Don Valley from fun and funky Leslieville, River City truly is the perfect place to be.

Although the neighbourhood is new and still undergoing redevelopment, all is in place to have it mostly finished by summer of 2015, when the area is set to host the Pan American Games. Some delightful neighbours, such as Hi Lo Bar, 290 Ion Fashion Boutique, Ed’s Real Scoop, Gio Rana’s Really Nice Restaurant, Dangerous Dan’s and Ruby Watchco and Fusilli Restaurant, are already well-established, while others such as the newly completed Underpass Park are already starting to generate a buzz.

Served by the King and Queen Street Streetcars and planned biking and walking paths, and with easy access to the Don Valley Parkway and Gardiner Expressway, living at River City will not be comfortable, but convenient.
